General rules and conditions of individual reservations
The following General Rules and Conditions of Individual Reservations regulate the rules of making reservations, cancellations, payment for reservations and reservations' validity at Mierzęcin Palace.

I. Methods of making a reservation - A reservation for accommodation can be made:
- by phone, phone number +48 95 71 31 500,
- by e-mail at recepcja@palacmierzecin.pl,
- by fax, fax number +48 95 71 31 502,
- personally at the reception desk.

II. Reservation not guaranteed - Not guaranteed reservation is valid up to 14 days prior to the planned arrival.

III. Reservation guaranteed - In order to make a guaranteed reservation we request a prepayment of 100% of the first day (in case of a reservation for a stay up to 2 hotel nights), or a prepayment of 60% of the whole stay (in case of a reservation for a stay longer than 2 hotel nights) to be made not later than 14 days prior to the planned arrival.

IV. Cancellation of a reservation - No charges apply for cancellations of a reservation if made at least 14 days before the planned arrival. Prepayment is non-refundable if cancellation is made within the 14 days before the planned arrival.

V. Additional information - Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM and check-out time starts the following day at 12:00 noon.
All prices in Mierzęcin Palace's offer are in PLN and contain VAT.
Special packages offered by Mierzęcin Palace can contain special conditions of making reservations, modifications and cancellations, which are enumerated at the reservations' confirmation.
By making a reservation you give us permission to put your personal information in the database of Mierzęcin Palace. Your personal information will be used only to confirm your hotel reservation, to facilitate making further reservations and also for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the law from the 29th of August 1997 pertaining to personal information protection.
