CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING STABLE BOXES AND ACCOMMODATION AT PAŁAC MIERZĘCIN

Reservation Instructions

Reservations can be made via the Pałac Mierzęcin website.

1️⃣ Click "BOOK" (top left corner).
2️⃣ Then click "ENTER CODE" (top right corner).
3️⃣ Enter the code MHS2025 and select the package named MIERZĘCIN HORSE SHOW.
4️⃣ The system will automatically redirect you to the online payment page.

⚠ Important: Please verify your arrival and departure dates before finalizing the reservation.

Additional Options

In the add-ons section, please select any extra options needed, such as:
✅ Hay
✅ Shavings
✅ Electricity

Stable Access Rules

Only individuals participating in the competition are allowed in the stables, including:
✔ Rider
✔ Trainer
✔ Groom
✔ Horse owner

Cancellation Policy

❗ If a registration is canceled after the deadline or if the rider does not attend the competition, the stable box fee is non-refundable.

CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING STABLE BOXES WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION

1️⃣ Stable box reservations must be made via the Pałac Mierzęcin website.
2️⃣ To book a box, go to the /voucher section and select Voucher MIERZĘCIN HORSE SHOW.
3️⃣ The system will automatically redirect you to the online payment page.
4️⃣ Please verify your reservation details, including the arrival and departure dates, before completing your booking.
5️⃣ Additional Options: In the remarks section, please specify any required extras:
✅ Hay
✅ Shavings
✅ Electricity
6️⃣ Stable Access: Only individuals participating in the competition are permitted in the stables:
✔ Rider
✔ Trainer
✔ Groom
✔ Horse Owner
7️⃣ Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is canceled after the deadline or if the rider fails to attend, the stable box fee is non-refundable.
Booking a stable box does not include accommodation—riders must arrange lodging separately if needed.
